I highly recommend this hotel. After being in a closet in Amsterdam - this room was spacious and so comfortable with a modern decor - and one of the best hotel beds I've ever been in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful offering great advice on getting around the city and unique spots for dinner and nighlife. Each morning there was a great breakfast with many options.

The staff was attentive and very helpful. The rooms are a nice size. The bathrooms had good size showers. We would have liked windows that opened.

Dated hotel but it was clean so that makes it worth considering for the price.

The location was good, but the front desk was no very helpful with events and local information. The room was very dark, but confortable to sleep in. The internet was not working even though it was advertised it was.

The room that was granted to us was verry small comparing to any hotel rated 4 stars. There was no slipper and also no wireless internet condition. On the contrary, the hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was well.

Very noisy (water, elevators, heating systems). Must replace the beds - horrible mattresses. Very very small room and bathroom.
