My room was double booked, when i tried my door code people were inside and understandably pissed . I called the office and they sent me to a room for a single. They said they programmed the door lock and it didn't work. They unlocked it remotely. Code still doesn't work . I wont be able to leave room and lock it as i wont be able to get back in . There should be some compensation for this Also still have received my damage deposit back fro. Last week

Quand même correct comme endroit. Vu pire ailleur
Cher comme endroit pour une seule étoile à moins que tu n'aies pas le choix. Ameublement passablement désuet. À côté d'une pharmacie, station d'essence et dépanneur mais encore qu'ils soient ouverts. Déjà fermés à mon arrivée à 19h00. Comme bon point pas besoin de clef. Serrure électronique.

Beautiful hand motel, easy access to the highway. Easy on and off. Great for a stop over to rest and be on the way. The room has everything you need to be comfortable for the night.

Sorry that our motel didn’t meet your expectations.According to our records you stayed at our motel August 31.We find it surprising that you post a comment on October 19 for your stay on August 31.We are also surprised that you are the only client who has complained about room number 22 since it has been renovated.

It was a very nice motel unit, nothing fancy but very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. There is a gas station/ convenience store that is quite good. The staff were very responsive to any questions asked.

Cell phone check in.
There wasn't any check in reception office. Everything was done via your cell phone. If you don't have a smart phone or a credit card you'd might have a hard time getting a room.

Basic room. Good amenities - Mini fridge, microwave coffee maker hairdryer. A little rough around the edges but if you just need abed for the night it is cheap and cheerful.

Clean, comfortable, close to the highway. 10 minutes from a large town with lots of dining options. There's a Tim Horton across the parking lot so breakfast and coffee is good.

Bonjour,Notre clientèle adore pouvoir aller directement à leur chambre et ainsi éviter une réception avec file d'attente, clé, etc. Souvent ils arrivent après plusieurs heures de conduite et ils sont fatigués.C'est clair qu'un chien dans une chambre de motel pour la nuit va coûter de quoi pareil comme les autres motels et hôtels. Chez Motel Express le coût est 35 dollars plus taxes ou environ 40 dollars taxes comprises. Vous nous avez pas informé de votre chien et notre dépôt de sécurité de 50 dollars sert exactement pour ces situations.Nous avons discuté avec les deux femmes de chambres qui ont dû nettoyer votre chambre et elles étaient unanimes que vous aviez laissé la chambre excessivement sale.Juste le coût additionnel du nettoyeur était onéreux.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We appreciate the upgrades that have been completed since the last visit. The location is convenient for traveling and check in/out was very efficient.

Nous avons vérifié les draps avec notre femme de chambre. C’est une tâche fraîche. C’est impossible que notre femme de chambre le manque avant de faire le lit hier matin.Comme vous savez nous avons eu de la difficulté avec votre carte de crédit et nous avons l’impression que vous avez décidé de créer du trouble.C’est la première fois qu’on reçoit une commentaire comme la votre.
