Could be really nicePosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was full of good choices. The hotel is actually very beautifully appointed.
Cons: Room A/C was way too cold. Bathroom tile needed a scrubbing as well as the toilet was not clean under the rim. Pool and pool deck needed cleaning.
Location: Great access to Salt Lake City downtown attractions.
Great location, near the Interstate.Friendly staff at check-in. Outside sign not on, so thank-you GPS instructions. It could really be a gem with a tidy up and some touch up painting.

Great hotel.Posted Aug 21, 2014
Cons: I would not know.
Large room with great conforts. Breakfast was included (Goood Breakfast). The price was very good for that type of hotel. Very peaceful place and close to everything.

Nice hotel, great ratesPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: A good hotel at very reasonable rates. The breakfasts really set it apart from other hotels we have stayed at.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Near Rt 15 which is a major thoroughfare. Convenient to local grocery store and restaurants.
We have stayed at Pavilion on 3 previous occasions when visiting from New York. Our room was clean and quiet, the lounge area has very comfortable chairs, parking is convenient, and the breakfasts are great. There is round- the- clock tea, coffee and lemon water near the main desk.A cookie tray is put out each day also. This time a chair in our room had a rip in the seat which I told the front desk about. It was replaced timely. Pavilion is not a five star hotel but we aren't looking for that level of refinement. It's clean, convenient and meets our budget requirements.

right down the street from usana ampitheatre.Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: location, amenities, breakfast, no extra charges for anything.
Cons: small mold spots in the bathroom on the ceiling.
Location: just a few miles away from usana ampitheatre .
very cute hotel, it was easy to find. we needed a foldaway bed, that was no charge...:) the pool was open 24 hours, along with the spa. that was a nice surprise, as we didn't return to our room till after midnight. the breakfast was fabulous, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, muffins, Danish's, cereal, juice, coffee all day. free computer in the lobby, my kids loved that.

Very helpful and friendly staffPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: I liked how helpful and friendly the staff was and I was able to ask several different staff members for help and they all did a great job!
Cons: The bathtub seemed a little dingy but that could be because there is no window in the bathroom and only a ceiling fan.
Location: The location was pretty good as far as getting to the office where I was working and there was a pretty good variety of restaurants nearby.
I was very impressed by how the staff was very helpful and how they took care of all my questions and needs. When I woke up the first day I noticed that there was shampoo and conditioner but no bar soap, I asked the lady at the front desk and she quickly gave me a couple bars and apologized that there was no soap in the room. The room was cleaned each day and there was soap each day after that. I was able to ask the person at the front desk about which restaurants were nearby and they were able to tell me several options. I liked the coffee and lemon water in the lobby and the breakfasts had a very good variety. I wish they served sausage along with the bacon but that is just my preference. The cookies in the afternoon and night were a very nice touch!

Excellent place to stay with a reasonable pricePosted Aug 11, 2014
Good breakfast, clean rooms, and a business center which is quite useful. There is hot water and drinks at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this to people in the area. You can't go wrong with this one!

Ok.Posted Aug 10, 2014
PLEASE go in and deep clean the rooms. Dust and trash behind the bed is unacceptable. Stains on the carpet are gross.

Facility nice but.....Posted Jul 31, 2014
Cons: Beds and general maintenance
Location: close to Salt Lake and West Jordan, all the places we wanted to see.
Could use more maintenance on bldg. loose rail in pool, beds are old, bathrooms grout on floor and shower cleaned better, detail to things in general. Breakfast was good and lobby appearance good. Would stay again but still would like to see new beds.

It's easy to see this hotel was once a great stay.Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Great location with easy access from freeway. Fairly quiet area with fast food nearby. A little grass and an indoor pool.
Cons: I think I pretty well covered that.
It seems that management and staff are extremely lazy! There's fingerprints on everything. The floor are dirty, the sidewalk and entry are filthy. There were ants in our room, which had badly spotted and lifting carpet. What a shame because all of this is just a need for some elbow grease and soap and water. The breakfast idea was great, however, once again the dining area was filthy. The staff hid in the back so no tables were washed, the eggs were runny and undercooked, and the waffle maker needed attention. Shape up and get off your lazy arses!
