disappointing for cost

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: staff was very nice.
Cons: smell of rooms, carpet cleaning
Location: location NOT what I wanted, do not think it should be grouped with Sasabo proper, as it was definately too far for me.
over rated price, staff nice, room smelled like someone had vomited and it was not cleaned up properly. only booked one night and would NOT have extended my stay

Good but can be better

Posted May 23, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is good but the room is not big for the price we paid. It is standard. The facilities are standard. The view is not great as it is over looking a garden after we have agreed to pay an extra $50.The hotel is quite old, it needs renovations

Nice lobby, dated rooms

Posted Jun 14, 2011 on Hotels.com
They've got a lovely lobby with free wi-fi. However, the room floors are slightly dated. There's nothing much around the hotel walking-distance-wise except for the paid-zone main entrance of Huis Ten Bosch.

The rooms do not have internet access. However there's a small net lunge that has 3 pcs that cost Y100 for 10 minutes. The location is in the middle of nowhere; fishing villages and industrial areas. If you're the type that goes on vacation at a hotel with a spa, and rarely leave you'll like this place. The spa was good. However my interests are history and culture based. The faux European decor etc. wasn't my cup of tea.
