Pros: 24 hour surveillance.
Location: Very close to SeaTac airport and easy to find.
It was a typical inexpensive motel, except that the guy at the front desk was helpful and nice. The room was OK. Nothing great, but it was reasonably quiet, other than the gurgling refrigerator (but it had a fridge) and the air conditioner was noisy....typical, again. I was able to sleep and that was really all I was looking for. They had 24hr surveillance, which made me feel safe and my car safe and since I was alone, that was a plus.

Cheap hotel in every way.

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Clean carpet, make shower work.
Would not recommend this hotel and "best value"! TV is poor, no water in shower/tub. Carpet dirty. Dog poop outside the door. Surly shuttle driver.

Staff was wonderful

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: The people
Cons: Update and use bigger and newer towels and large scree TV's.
Location: No real breakfast, but IHOP was 150 yards away, but that got old after three days.
The hotel is far too close to heavy traffic and the parking is tight. The best part are the people at the front desk and the shuttle service was fast, efficient and polite. The facility is a bit tattered (small towels, old TV's and old d├ęcor) but the people were unfailing helpful and polite.

Dirty. Smelly. Just plain bad.

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: The price
Cons: Every single thing. Smell. Cleanliness. Comfort. Staff.
The room smelled moldy and musty. Strong overpowering smell. The power went out/on several times. The room was dark - not at all like the bright pretty pictures on the website. The furniture was old and dinged. There was a hole in the wall. The check in clerk was polite. He wrote down the wake up call time and shuttle time we requested. But the wake up call was 20 minutes late. Since the power was so intermittent, the alarm clock didn't go off at the right time. The website says the rooms have free wi fi. But the wi fi was locked, and the clerk said there wasn't wifi. The shower and curtain were still wet - and yet it didn't look clean. I can only assume it wasn't wiped down from the previous guest. The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbor turn over in bed. Very hard to sleep. I realize this is a "cheap" room, but honestly, the website made it look so much nicer. I tried calling the manager, but he is on vacation. The clerk said she didn't know when he was returning. This was a nasty experience.

Slow Shuttle

Posted Jul 8, 2014
The shuttle operates 24 hours a day but they only have one shuttle. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for pick up at the airport. We waited an hour for pick up.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. No coffee pots available other than in the shabby office lobby. Coffee there was extremely bad

Budget Hotel in needs a fix and more parking

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Prompt assistance from hotel employee. Housekeepers were good.
Cons: Fix bathroom door knob, bathtub/shower faucet get new TV. It doesn't have to be a flat panel, but a decent tube TV would be a major upgrade.
Location: Near I-5. Denny's, Safeway and Jack In The Box. Quick drop off of rental car and airport nearby.
Bathroom door locking bolt's plate was loose. Bathtub faucet level for shower also loose. It seemed ready to come off the wall. No support sofa chair. Thin walls and ceilings; you can hear other people's conversation, walking above. TV should be thrown (recycled) away: Awful color, lacks sharpness and brightness. TV remote control is non operational on several buttons, including channel button that skipped over stations. On the TV manual channel buttons worked. The bed was firm to my liking. Finding parking space was a crap shoot. The hotel employees were helpful finding alternative parking spot, replacing defective hotel key (card), finding an ice container. The housekeepers did a great job tidying up the room. Overall, a good stay even with the dire need of repairs.

You get what you paid for.

Location: close to car rental and the airport
The hotel was fine for the price. We didn't have any towels and when we asked for one, we got one. Had to ask for some more.
