Right downtown

When they say " boutique" hotel that translates to a small European type hotel. Great staff, great location, but just quite small.

Good location

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Location, value
Cons: - Rooms are a little dated - Bathroom door is just frosted glass - Impossible to get to elevators without using some stairs - Slow elevators
Good value, especially during cruise season. Reasonable walking distance to Safeco Field and Seattle Centre (Space Needle). Cafe downstairs has good quality food, but is a little pricey.

Hotel is still completing updating. The only negative is there is no elevator on the lobby floor. You have to carry bags down stairs to the elevators.

Close to Seattle downtown hotel

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Proximity to all things downtown Seattle
Cons: The lift access
Location: Fisher mans wharf. Space needle. Air museum. Lake Washington.
Very central to downtown Seattle. Great spot !!! Hotel good, helpful staff. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Good public transport close by. Needs second lift working as extremely congested with traffic. Housekeeping staff over zealous wanting to service rooms at 8am !! Great value for money in Seattle.

Excellent location, comfortable stay.

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: The size and layout of the room and the location of the hotel.
Cons: Staff could have more knowledge about surrounding area and restaurants and the place could use a deep cleaning.
Location: The location is close to the LinkRail system to the airport,Monorail to the SpaceNeedle, cabs are everywhere, can walk to Pike Place and stadium.
My 13 year old son and I took a vacation in Seattle. We had a very large and comfortable corner, King Suite room at the hotel for a great rate. Yes, the elevator is a bit slow, but completely manageable and being renovated. Happy hour was great and the location was central to all fun things to do in Seattle! Staff could be a bit more knowledgeable, but very kind. I would stay there again!

Spend Your Money Elsewhere

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: The only perk of this hotel is its location downtown. Very close to everything.
Cons: I think this hotel can improve most in their customer service. In the hotel business, the desire and passion to take care of people is essential.
Our experience at the Executive Hotel Pacific was pretty bad. Although we knew we were attempting to check in early and probably wouldn't be able to, the front desk agent didn't collect any of our personal information to let us know when our room would be ready. When we came back at check-in time, we were asked to sit while they attempted to check us in. After 30 minutes and zero attention from the hotel staff, we had to leave to drive to an event out of town. On the drive, we called to let the hotel know that we would be returning very late. The manager on the phone assured us he was blocking our room for us and it would be waiting upon our return. To no surprise, when we returned after midnight, our room had been given away and the hotel was completely oversold. When we were able to check in the next day, the accommodations did not impress. Only one of the two elevators was working which caused for very long waiting periods, they never refreshed our towels or sheets (only folded up the same used ones), and were less than enthusiastic to provide any sort of customer service.

Disappointing hotel

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
Smallest rooms ever, paid for three guests but received towels etc for two. Hotel staff gave us erroneous info regarding surrounding area. Room needed a good scrubbing. I have stayed in much, much nicer and cleaner places for far less.

Request for information

Posted Aug 18, 2014
The hotel did not have a reservation for me on August 11, when I turned up. They only had a record of a reservation for the 10th that had been canceled. Can you please advise whether there has been a mix-up, and confirm that nothing was billed for this hotel. Thank you.

Centrally located in the downtown

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The hotel needs to renovate and upgrade it's carpets, bathrooms and elevator.
Location: Close to the waterfront and all it's attractions. Close to the ball park.
Hotel is old and dated. Carpets are worn out. The rooms are small especially the bath room. The only elevator was extremely slow - painfully slow. The location was good, within walking distances of all the best attractions. There were some good restrauants in the area plus good shopping.

Nice location

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Cons: Second elevator needs to be fixed immediately
Pros: Cozy updated clean room with great water pressure and a.c. unit. Cons: Housekeeping had to be called 3x to replenish regular coffee, package of decaf coffee has an expiration date of 2013, only one functioning elevator which can be slow
