Good enoughPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: New carpet, doors, trim and updated decor.
Location: Walking distance to Pikes Market, stadiums, local bars and restaurants.
Stayed here for a football game. Clean rooms, but stained carpet. Older facilities, but clean and comfortable. Good area with everything nearby.

Close to facilities of downtownPosted Sep 5, 2014
The rooms were small as well as the washrooms. The home service was slow and didn't finish up cleaning room till 2pm. They didn't even vacuum the floor!!

Disappointing and too expensivePosted Sep 5, 2014
The hotel was under construction and down to one elevator. Unfortunately we didn't know that until after we booked. The rooms are very small. Our bathroom was so tiny that your body is shoved against the sink when you try to use the toilet. The hallways smell musty and the carpets are stained. We tried the pop machine, but instead of a drink a moth flew out. Pretty indicative of our experience. The prices were twice as much as they should have been because it was the PAX weekend. Definitely not worth the cost.

Pet friendly good and location, hotel old and usedPosted Sep 2, 2014
Wasnt i formed of reno when booking, gym closed and only one elevator. Carpets super stained and very worn room. Not very secure building, can access any floor from outside alley thru stairwell doors. Sheets had black dirt looking marks in couple of the beds. Was alot of money for not very nice hotel. Hotel staff helpful, friendly to accomodate late check out tho.

Great service in an excellent location.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Cons: Service was very good.
Location: Location is great for downtown sites and easy to reach from the light rail.
We booked the hotel for an overnight stay before taking the ferry to Victoria. The manager John was very helpful and welcoming about getting around in Seattle. The room was small but very comfortable. I appreciated the wiFi in the room (free) and glass of wine in the afternoon. Definitely would stay again if in Seattle, because the hotel was convenient for all the sites.

Right downtownPosted Sep 1, 2014
When they say " boutique" hotel that translates to a small European type hotel. Great staff, great location, but just quite small.

Good locationPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Location, value
Cons: - Rooms are a little dated - Bathroom door is just frosted glass - Impossible to get to elevators without using some stairs - Slow elevators
Good value, especially during cruise season. Reasonable walking distance to Safeco Field and Seattle Centre (Space Needle). Cafe downstairs has good quality food, but is a little pricey.

Hotel is still completing updating. The only negative is there is no elevator on the lobby floor. You have to carry bags down stairs to the elevators.

Close to Seattle downtown hotelPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Proximity to all things downtown Seattle
Cons: The lift access
Location: Fisher mans wharf. Space needle. Air museum. Lake Washington.
Very central to downtown Seattle. Great spot !!! Hotel good, helpful staff. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Good public transport close by. Needs second lift working as extremely congested with traffic. Housekeeping staff over zealous wanting to service rooms at 8am !! Great value for money in Seattle.
