Hotel with many amenties and a view of the needlePosted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. Dan was extremely pleasant and informative he made sure that we had everything we need for our stay
Location: The hotel was located just outside of the downtown district. There is a lot of construction and busy streets surrounding the hotel. 3 blocks to needle
Our first impression of this hotel was a bit skeptical. It's located on a corner of a three way busy intersection streets. There were many Hi - Rise buildings in the immediate area that are being built. Cranes and construction equipment all around. First thing we thought about was that it would be noisy. To our surprise we had a corner room facing the City University of Seattle, a big intersection and a car wash. It was not noisy at all. Maybe because it was Easter Sunday. Things for the better changed as soon as we enter into the hotel lobby, where we were greeted by Dan immediately. He checked us in within 5 minutes, he explain the hotel features, complimentary buffet breakfast ( great variety of food including scrambled eggs, skillet sandwiches, fresh fruits, juice, cereal, variety of pastries, hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles) the workout room, the business room, free shuttle services within 1 mile and free wifi in the rooms. He recommended some attractions and places to eat within the area. The hotel lobby was very modern with plenty of sitting arrangements, fresh fruit for guest and hot tea and coffee as well. The elevator was secured by inserting room card before a floor can be pushed. The room was very large we were a party of six and all of us were comfortable in it. We had two queen sizes beds and a queen pullout sofa bed. The hotel facilities were very modern and clean. We were very pleased with our stay.

Good place if you're visitingPosted Apr 21, 2014
It was the perfect accommodation for us, since we were visiting the main tourist attractions in Seattle. This hotel is situated 3 min walk from the Space Needle.... Literally. No driving around and paying for expensive parking. The staff, really frendly and helpful. A good place to stay.

Great location for walking to attractionsPosted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Could not hear other guests or noise at night. Location was good for walking to attractions. Liked the refrigerator in the room.
Cons: No dresser available and closet was hard to use because it only opened a small margin.
Location: Located 2 blocks from the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass & Garden, EMP Museum, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Children's Museum and the monorail.
Chosen for location proximity to Space Needle and other attractions. The lobby was clean and neat. They accommodated our late arrival without issue. We stayed five nights and had an overall enjoyable stay. Free breakfast was nice.

Traffic noise goes on all night. Shuttle is poorly organized. Staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best.

Nice hotel close to the space needlePosted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Nice rooms, friendly staff, and great location. Hard to find at first because the address on the GPS sent us to Kent instead of Seattle.
Cons: It could be easier to find but I don't think anything in Seattle is easy to find:)
Location: Three blocks from the Space needle, EMS museum, mono rail, that takes you near to the Aquarium, and Pikes Pier Market place, and art park.
We had a great time, just a few blocks from the space needle, close to the monorail so you could ride to Pikes pier market. the hotel had a courtesy van to drive you to several locations that was really great. the hotel is close to a lot of fun places and was really nice and clean. The staff was great, and the free breakfast had a nice variety to chose from.

DisappointedPosted Apr 13, 2014
Upon check in, I was told the pool was being renovated. That was my only criteria for our Seattle , so we were extremely disappointed. They told me that I could not cancel and receive a refund since I had booked with Expedia. I feel like Expedia should have had that updated hotel information. There was no water bottles in the room, the hotel cafe left something to be desired, and our room ac didnt work. Waste of money. Will NOT stay again and will not book again with Expedia if they cannot keep the most current information.

Great location!Posted Apr 12, 2014
The hotel has a Walgreens right next to it. Great for a family! We used the Walgreens about every day! The hotel is also a few blocks from the Space Needle, the glass museum. And the mono rail that will take you into the center of downtown. Their pool is closed for renovation though and this was the only drawback to staying there. If it were opened I would have given them excellent in all categories!

Close to everything and great for families!Posted Apr 9, 2014
We had a great time here! We are a family of 6, so it was perfect that they had one room that could fit us. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee was great! My 4 boys were bummed that the pool was out of service. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
