Seattle visit

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: The best things for us personally were the shuttle service, the breakfast, and the ability to safely store our luggage after checkout.
Cons: Maybe more of a food and bar selection. Would love to see a separate concierge desk to assist guests.
Location: The location was very convenient for all the sights we wanted to see in the city.
Friendly and courteous check in and a very competent staff. Clint was wonderful to us,not only at checking in and out but to arrange our transportation and the safe storage of our luggage.

it was a little difficult to find it , because of the direction in the city . Every where is one way. Otherwise it is a great hotel to stay in.

Mid Sized hotel close to Space Needle

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Close location to Space Needle/downtown Seattle and amenities.
Cons: Put microwaves in rooms, cool the passage ways more and provide glasses/mugs when room is cleaned.
Location: Space Needle, Pike Market, Waterfront.
Front desk lady was very accommodating - let us leave bags then later checked us in early. Other staff members were also very pleasant. The hotel is a very comfy, well kept, and decorated very tastefully. There is a small gym and decent pool. Room was clean, large, with very comfortable bed and sectional furniture. Nice sized flat screen TV that swivels so you can watch in bed or on sectional. Had a decent sized refrigerator but no microwave. Shower was huge with nice water flow. You can see the Space Needle from outside your window - it's only a few blocks away. There is also a Walgreen's across the street which is great as you can save a lot by buying water, etc from them. There was free breakfast, WiFi, decent TV channels, and two computers and a printer downstairs for guests to use. Also free is a shuttle that takes you to close by locations.

Ok, but would not stay again

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Cofee was good
Cons: Tear it down and start again. It's old, tired and needs major overhaul. (Stuck In The 70s decor)
Location: Great pizza place
Stayed here for departure to Alaska cruise. Would not stay again. Hotel is very tired looking and dated. Needs major overhaul. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. Was very overpriced for what you got.

Great location and very clean.

Overall all experience really positive. Due to the exception of Antonio, the front desk "lobby host" was terrible. I'm huge on customer service and to simply not even be acknowledged numerous amounts of time just when walking in front door. Seemed very unorganized and not very friendly. I was traveling with my 3 girls and just would have liked to be more welcomed.

Perfect for 5.

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Roominess, cleanliness, location, modern looking, friendly staff.
Cons: Leave the free coffee out ALL day so we don't have to buy the fancy coffee at the bar.
It's hard to find a room that will accommodate 5. We are a family of 5 and always look for a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. Our room here had PLENTY of space for all of us. We stayed here post cruise with our 3 twenty-something kids, so basically this room was for 5 adults. Easy walk to the Space Needle. The shuttle is very nice but sometimes takes a little bit longer that what they say. However, we were there during August on a Friday - lots of tourists in Seattle. (24/7 shuttle service)

Nice, comfy hotel.

Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: I liked the taco soup, cleanliness of the room, and the sheets were really soft.
Cons: Sometimes the tv would make loud fuzzy electrical noises and the salad was disgusting. Also the view was just of the Space Needle.
Location: Space needle, EMP Museum, Pacific Science Center, endless restaurants, more museums, and art stuff.
I only stayed one night. I came in really early before check in so they weren't able to check me into my room as it wasn't available yet but they let me check my bags which was cool. There was a lot of space in the hotel room, I had a one bed room. I ordered food and they don't bring it up to the room but it's reasonably priced.

Noisy

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: The positives include the close proximity to the Space Needle, nice staff and the shuttle.
Cons: Sound proofing and getting picked up from the shuttle can take over a 1/2 hour.
Even though we were on the 5th floor, all you heard was the noise coming from the gas station and busy road below. Needs some sound proofing. On the brighter side the shuttle was very helpful and breakfast was fine.
