Great location for walking to attractions

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Could not hear other guests or noise at night. Location was good for walking to attractions. Liked the refrigerator in the room.
Cons: No dresser available and closet was hard to use because it only opened a small margin.
Location: Located 2 blocks from the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass & Garden, EMP Museum, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Children's Museum and the monorail.
Chosen for location proximity to Space Needle and other attractions. The lobby was clean and neat. They accommodated our late arrival without issue. We stayed five nights and had an overall enjoyable stay. Free breakfast was nice.

To much traffic noise. Breakfast is mediocre.

Traffic noise goes on all night. Shuttle is poorly organized. Staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best.

Nice hotel close to the space needle

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Nice rooms, friendly staff, and great location. Hard to find at first because the address on the GPS sent us to Kent instead of Seattle.
Cons: It could be easier to find but I don't think anything in Seattle is easy to find:)
Location: Three blocks from the Space needle, EMS museum, mono rail, that takes you near to the Aquarium, and Pikes Pier Market place, and art park.
We had a great time, just a few blocks from the space needle, close to the monorail so you could ride to Pikes pier market. the hotel had a courtesy van to drive you to several locations that was really great. the hotel is close to a lot of fun places and was really nice and clean. The staff was great, and the free breakfast had a nice variety to chose from.

Upon check in, I was told the pool was being renovated. That was my only criteria for our Seattle , so we were extremely disappointed. They told me that I could not cancel and receive a refund since I had booked with Expedia. I feel like Expedia should have had that updated hotel information. There was no water bottles in the room, the hotel cafe left something to be desired, and our room ac didnt work. Waste of money. Will NOT stay again and will not book again with Expedia if they cannot keep the most current information.

Great location!

The hotel has a Walgreens right next to it. Great for a family! We used the Walgreens about every day! The hotel is also a few blocks from the Space Needle, the glass museum. And the mono rail that will take you into the center of downtown. Their pool is closed for renovation though and this was the only drawback to staying there. If it were opened I would have given them excellent in all categories!

Close to everything and great for families!

We had a great time here! We are a family of 6, so it was perfect that they had one room that could fit us. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee was great! My 4 boys were bummed that the pool was out of service. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Close to space needle

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Seattle the shuttle driver was wonderful she got us to the pike place market in the morning and picked us up with in 15 min of us calling for a ride back . The beds were a little hard but not to bad for hotel beds I have defiantly had worse , we were a little disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs as we pick that hotel for the pool but we had so many other things to do we wouldn't have had time to swim much any way . All in all it was a great hotel in a great location. We didn't want to leave.

Great hotel!

Pros: Service, room size, breakfast, city shuttle.
Cons: The price could be reduced by 10% but overall the hotel is excellent value for what you get.
Location: Being a 5min walk from the Space Needle and Seattle Center, the location was excellent. The shuttle made other destinations (Pike Market) reachable.
Overall the hotel was great and we would definitely stay there again. The concierge staff were so helpful wand made things go very smoothly. We really appreciated the included buffet breakfast and free shuttle service which enhanced our stay greatly.

Nice hotel ..... close to many local attractions

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: The courtesy shuttle is a big bonus if you don't want to walk/drive.
Cons: You should really let your customers know when the pool is closed. We booked this hotel because our children love to swim when we stay in a hotel.
Location: Close to the space needle, pacific science center, EMP museum, aquarium, pikes place.
This was a nice hotel for our family. The rooms are pretty small, but when you are vacationing you don't spend much time in the room right? The courtesy shuttle was definitely a bonus. It would drive you to anywhere within a one mile radius of the hotel. The traffic/roads are horrible by this road so I would definitely use the shuttle if you aren't up for walking. The breakfast each morning was really nice; however, it's in such a small area that it really cannot stay caught up with the number of guests nor can it accommodate the people for seating. The pool was closed during our visit which was a MAJOR BUMMER!! It was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and I think this should be posted on their website as well as conveyed to guests when so that customers are aware. I also think that you should NEVER have to pay for parking when staying at a hotel...include it in the price of the hotel if necessary.
