close to store and airport

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: The lady at the counter was very polite and helpfull
Cons: shampoo the carpets and change some attitudes, room deoderizer would be nice touch to.
the first room they gave us should have been charge by the hour for the local hookers, the next room was much nicer except for dirty carpets. The man at the counter was rude

Good for parking

Posted Mar 19, 2014
The only reason we stayed was because of the reasonable parking rate for 10 days. There was a lot of street noise. We should have paid an extra $20 for a better place. The continental breaky was a joke.

Parking for long stay!

Pros: close to the airport
Location to airport is great and shuttle back & forth good. Did find the belching of the driver on the way back to pick up our car quite disgusting & insulting, Room we stayed in was large, but the actual room was just okay. The outside of the room door in desperate need of a good wash. The complex itself was very seedy looking. Would not stay there again.

Rather disappointed.

Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: Replace the broken taps and mattresses. Clean the carpets!
Location: 2 minutes away from the airport. We took the shuttle and it was very prompt
Arrived at the Knight's Inn and the first room we were given had a huge red stain in the bath tub which looks rather scary and the shower taps were broken. The bed was lop sided and the mattress was covered in plastic sheets. We asked for a new room and the second one was only a bit better than the first. The mattress had springs sticky through and caved toward the center. We parked our vehicle there for a week and there were no problems with this. Our room on the return trip was much better. Still had broken taps in the bathroom but much cleaner and the mattress was in better shape. Overall not worth the price.

Badly in need of an update

Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, large parking lot
Cons: Decor old and tired, all needs an update
Location: Very close to Sea-Tac airport
Whilst the staff were really helpful, keeping our room open even though we were delayed, the room was very disappointing inside. Very old and tired, the mattress sunk in the middle, everything battered and chipped. The curtains didn't close properly and a cold wind blew under the door all night. However, it was clean. The breakfast was a pot of coffee, some mini muffins and a 2 slot toaster. Totally inadequate. This place should be your last resort or only use if you need somewhere really cheap.

Keep looking for another place to stay

Cons: cleaning
Rooms are dirty. Breakfast they serve was terrible and they don't let you take it to your room. They said it's a pain to clean but you can order pizza to your room (which I believe is more messy.) They argue with their guest in front of their other guest. They told us we could have guest when we checked in (which we didn't have any) but the next day you hear them arguing with a guest that their policy is NO guest so since he had a guest over he got charged more. They only let you have two small towels for 2 people. Had to stay another two extra night around and I went and found some where else to stay.

Small room. Poor condition. There's no curtain for one of the blinds. We had to hang clothes up and made our own "curtain" to cover the holes on the blinds...caz people walking by could easily see us inside!

Get What You Pay For

Posted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Free shuttle and breakfast.
Cons: Staff and their idea of service. (At Minimum)
Location: There was a 7 Eleven and a Jack in the Box not too far away. Also a Walgreen's that is now open until midnight. Sort of far away from downtown Seattle
We paid for a "suite" which was definitely not even close to describing what we got. It probably was slightly bigger than the other rooms but still not great, with a kitchen that was fine but a dining room that was horrible. The table was ready to fall apart, despite looking sturdy. Also visible stains on the arm chair, and even though it says it has a sofa-bed it had nothing of the sort. The king-sized bed was fine but dare not flip it over. The TV was okay, despite being low quality it had some On-Demand so that helped distract from the room next door. Did I mention it was a connected room? There is a door that doesn't close all the way, connecting the "suite" to the room next door. The shower manages to get everything went, and when I asked the staff for a towel the response I got was "Go find the maid and get it yourself". Stay here only if you are on a tight budget and need a free shuttle to the airport.
