This beautifully remodeled beachfront condo on the second floor sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! Your private patio provides a front seat view of the bay and sandy beach below. Natural light fills the open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Convenience + style = fabulous relaxation!

The Space:
One bedroom with King Bed. For the best sleep possible, a sound machine, and blackout curtains are provided.
TV has cable, but no streaming.
Spacious bathroom has jetted tub.
**Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely.
Stacked washer/dryer in bathroom closet. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets, too.

The living room is decorated with relaxing beach tones and fun pops of color. It has a sleeper sofa, chair that pulls out to twin bed, and large flat screen TV with cable (sorry, no streaming.)
Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Seated dining at a table for 4, and 3 stools at the kitchen counter.

When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and soundmachines are provided.

A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door!
Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown,
which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
