The staff at Ocean Club Resort were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The property is older and in need of a face lift. The resort is directly on Grace Bay Beach which is always the most stunning beach in the Caribbean. Walk for miles on white sandy beach. The Resort is far from the town center but they provide a free shuttle to the sister, newer resort, the Ocean Club West which is right in the center with the shopping and restaurants.

This was a great property and will stay again. The restaurants on the property was great, many great options. Love the conch!! Room was a one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer, full kitchen and nice screen in lanai. Steps away from the beach and the staff does help with transportation back to airport and excursions.

Loved the resort overall! The property was lovely and a great size to keep track of our kids (15, 13, and 10). Not a party atmosphere at all and we were there for spring break. We felt safe letting them go anywhere on the property without us. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the restaurant serves delicious food. Our condo was plenty big for our family of 5 but it was quite dated. That didn’t bother us too much bc we weren’t in the condo all that often but for the money we spent, it was underwhelming to be honest. Most of the staff were fantastic and friendly, a few just did their job without being too friendly though. Overall we loved ocean club and would return. Food and drinks and taxis are very expensive but that is the case at any resort on the island. Loved TCI and Ocean Club! We will be back!

Ocean Club is not the newest or fanciest but one of the most relaxed low key spots on Grace bay. You cannot beat the location. Beach is wide clean and uncrowded. The units are large, newly done/modern and very very comfortable and clean. The property has beautifully kept gardens and lazy river pool and dunking pool- the outdoor restaurant / bar has fresh very good food options all day and great drinks- staff is warm and very helpful. You can also grill out. Very kid friendly set up. Tennis courts are lighted and well maintained- shuttle to sister club puts you in center of town and lots of fancy dining options - or their own really lovely beach front restaurant - way better than Grace Bay Club and half the price. They could update the pink umbrellas and older beach bikes. Have come 5x over 18 yrs always happy

This was a nice property and we were happy with it. We found out after booking, but these are individually owned condos so there might be differences between units. However, the resort was nice and clean and the pools were super quiet. The beachfront is adorable and the beach restaurant is pretty good with decent service. Our bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean. It is a decent no-frills property and we were happy with it.

Great staff. Very helpful arranging taxi and confirming dinner with restaurants. Staff at the pool/beach were great. Close eating for breakfast and lunch. Stayed in our room to sleep and shower. Otherwise, we were outdoors.

Smaller hotel so quieter. Located in one of the best ends of the beach. The restaurants on site had excellent food! Shuttle to take you to their other location which is then walkable to the downtown area. Property was a bit dated but nice landscaping, clean and all units had a balcony.

Overall we rated our stay here as a "4". We had a one bedroom suite, that was very nice, spacious, and clean. We also had a spacious screened in porch facing the direction of the ocean. We paid for, and expected, an "Ocean View", but unfortunately this was not the case. The unit was a first floor unit with a rather large courtyard, then a pool, then a Cabana bar between our unit and the ocean. Technically, if all those areas were not occupied, like at 6am, we could see a bit of the blue of the ocean, but we could not sit on our porch during the day and view the ocean. That is the primary reason we took the overall rating down from a 5 to a 4. The beach, grounds and the staff were wonderful. The OPUS restaurant on site was very nice, we would highly recommend it. We were fortunate to have a rental car, as other options for dining or shopping are not really within a comfortable walking distance. We would stay here again, but we would be much more insistent about the location of the room and the view, both when we made the reservation and again when we checked in.

Exceeded all expectations. Staff service was exceptional especially at the Cabana Bar. Winston Michael Germaine (one love) was terrific. Menu was surprisingly diverse - rib night!!! If I could try to think of one comment it might be we needed a few more beach and pool chairs. See you next year
