Wonderful placePosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: Location and space of the apartment.
Cons: More can be done with the restaurant menu and decor
Location: Many restaurants around, golf course across the street and much more
This was a pleasant hotel for my stayed in TCI, great beach, good staff, wonderful apartment, lots of space to work with and relax. the restaurant is limited but adequate, a good gym and lots of area to walk and exercise. Looking forward to returning for sure. The location of the property is good also, many restaurants near by.

Not recommendedPosted Aug 9, 2013
Pros: Not a lot,
Cons: Management could take at least somewhat receptive to their guests,
Location: The location is a bit far and away from the majority of properties, a rental car would be a essential.
Poorly operated, zero communication. No A/C in room initially put in, hours elapsed before resolution, an unacceptable performance and not a place I would recommend, in fact I would advise the opposite if I knew of someone going to Turks and Caicos.

Reasonable value for money and on the beach.Posted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: Allowed you to have late check out without additional charges. Allowed me to change from OC to OCW and just pay a differntial charge
Cons: More persons serving drinks on the beach. Add water sport activities like sailing
Location: Close to shops
Very good except beach towels were not available in the afternnon and had to wait at least 20 mins for them to arrive

Great location, quiet, not crowded or busyPosted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: didn't feel crowded, quiet, large room, pool and beach.
Cons: Lots of ants in the kitchen.
Location: Ferry about 5 miles away can take you to other islands.
had a great 10 day stay. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with a view of the pool and partial ocean. Staff was friendly along with most everyone on the island. The two bedroom was very large with a nice screened balcony. One in our group got bit by mosquitos every night. (must be something she ate). Never seemed like very many people were at the hotel even on the nights they stated they were fully booked. Only a few around the pools, Not too many people on the beach. Water was crystal clear. Rented a car to try the different beaches for snorkeling and different restaurants. Grocery store about a mile away. Larger one with more selection a couple miles up the main highway. 83 during the days, 75 at night.

Great location at the outskirts of Grace Bay BeachPosted Jun 20, 2013
Pros: Location and value for money
Cons: A bit better cleaning of the inner most pool during the day as well as the menu at the beach restaurant could have been improved a bit.
Location: At the outskirts of Grace Bay beach but with close proximity to the golf club and free shuttle to Ocean Club West where you can find more activities
Great resort giving a quiet and relaxing stay at the beautiful Turks and Caicos. Some might think the location is a bit "outside" the main area of Grace Bay Beach but for us it worked like a dream. We felt like close to being at a secret Island with few others at the beach but yet within reasonable distance to great restaurants close to Ocean Club West. Simply use the bikes or the free shuttle. If you would like to see more of the island rent a car for a few days. The flat had a new kitchen with everything needed to make your own food to save a few bucks even though there are some great restaurants serving fresh fish....don't miss that opportunity. The Opus restaurant at the entry of the resort is serving very good food but it comes with a price as other similar restaurants at this island. Within the resort Provo Turtle Divers will give you opportunities for all diving activities at competitive prices. We had a total of 3 days with 2 dives each day giving me and my kids lots of memories. Two swiming pools, the inner most perfect for kids made our days perfect as a nice ending of spending hours building sandcastles and playing at the beach. The bar at the beach is run by friendly staff and serves snacks, drinks and meals. Perfectly OK. Ocean Club East might have been a top resort some years ago but has been passed by others if you look for luxary. If value for money is your goal this is a place to consider. We spent 10 days and enjoyed every one of them!

RelaxingPosted May 24, 2013
Pros: easy access to rooms, security, great each, two pools, quiet, quiet and quiet...good for business traveler or for family vacation
Location: they have free bike rentals, shuttle to other sister property is free..but will only take you there..tennis is nice..
Very quiet place to stay...if your looking for a quite place, work or play, this is a good place. There is no shuttle to or from provided by hotel, taxi service is prompt and friendly. Renting a call is easy, but it's expensive. If your looking for a vacation where you R E L A X this is the place for you....for business, it's quiet in the evenings so if you work, you can....but take time to dip in one of the two pools, and enjoy the beach bar, they have good food and great service. they also give you a complimentary fruit punch on your first day. Dont expect your typical Island, TCI is VERY laid back, it's the way things used to be in this part of the world. Good restaurants, but they can be pricey....this hotel offers kitchens, and there is a grocery store not to far away and there is a guest BBQ that is really nice, and clean next to the pool. Have fun!

PLEASE READ before you book anything in Turks..Posted May 19, 2013
Pros: location, free bike rentals, sunsets
Cons: Everything could be upgraded
Location: jimmys dive bar to drink,. then danny bouys to drink and eat(great food).sushi place in town is great. definatly go to bugaloos bar eat/drink
Ok just so you know all know i travel a lot and have pretty much been around the world. Turks n caicos was one spot i havent been yet. We planned on staying three nights at the "ALL INCLUSIVE" Ocean Club Resort. then we were flying to grand turk to visit friends. long story short we got there and were instantly bummed out that it wasnt all inclusive. The front desk staff were rude. didnt care at all. I asked for an upgrade bc of our troubles -- no! must pay more.. was our answer. The bartenders at the bar there were slow, but u may catch a good one if u are lucky. Everything is expensive. Food was very good though.Pretty good location. Very nice sunsets. The only saving grace about this hotel was that we got free bike rentals and got out of there all day and all night. We would just take the bikes into town and chill. its still pricey, but whatever. Thankfully it was only three nights. Oh and ocean club west was the same as ocean club east. And all the pictures on Expedia are misleading and maybe taken when it was a new place. theres no pool bar bc the filled it in and made it a bbq area. pools were in poor spots also. Save the aggravation and go to Grand turk! It was amazing, we even stayed extra nights to make up for staying at the ocean club...

An ordinary vacation and no more!Posted May 14, 2013
Pros: The beach
Cons: Not value for money!
Everything about the hotel was average except the beach which was excellent. The price of about $300 dollar a night is a bit too much considering no food or drinks were included. The island itself is very expensive and food is not great and mostly imported from US. Fishing is very limited after April so no lobster.....I was not thrilled by the experience.
