Sudden stay over
Posted Dec 29, 2014My daughter had to do an emergency stay in Vancouver and ended up sick. The staff from booking to getting crackers were wonderful. We would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Stuffy room
Posted Dec 16, 2014Front desk people are always terrible here. Nice that the rooms have a door for the bedroom but that is also where the AC is. The front room always get stifling and the last 3 times staying here we have security telling us to keep it down and close our door. We can't be that loud considering there are three kids sleeping in the room.

Cons: Cleanliness of rooms.
Location: Close to a BP's, cactus club and Tim Horton's and a block away from a Joey and Browns. grocery store a block away. Sky train station 2 blocks away
Hotel is in fair condition. Has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Close to a BP's, cactus club and Tim Horton's and a block away from a Joey and Browns. There is also a grocery store a block away. Great location as far as amenities are concerned.

good overall , we had restaurant charges posted to our room that were not ours, this was corrected on checkout also the tv did not work properly , repaired on the second day , ended up being charged for a movie that we did not order , movie was good , but we did not order

Nice hotel to stay in but far from out destination

Location: nice to have White Spot nearby but too far from Disney -On -Ice and public transportation for me.
we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. had a separate room for my granddaughter who wakes up easily. staff at front desk were very accommodating and pleasant.
