Comfortable. Internet is very expensive.Posted Sep 24, 2013
Comfortable and clean, however the Internet is extremely expensive (12.50 EUR for 24 hours) and can only be utilized by one device at a time, this was disappointing.
Bad experiencePosted Sep 19, 2013
Hotel far away from the city, taxi cost 15 euro each way, Internet slow and only one device, and you have to pay for it 13 euro, off course breakfast was horrible, cheap food, tax 2 euro extra for every one staying there

Only if you have no other option.Posted Aug 11, 2013
Cons: 5.50 / hour for Internet access ! most hotels it is free
Location: Local people told us it is not such a nice neighborhood, we felt unsafe returning late at night.
Average hotel, in not a nice area of town, 25-30 minutes by local bus to centre of Verona. The ramp to the garage is very badly designed. It is steep and at the top has an abrupt sharp edge, which scraped and damaged the exhaust pipe of my car. Don't use the garage if your car has low profile tyres and/or it is a nice car!

great locationPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
slightly out of downtown but there is a bus close by so it easy to get downtown. If you are going to the opera the hotel has a reasonably priced bus that drops you off and then picks you up. There is a supermarket next door so you can eat cheaply if you so wish.

Excellent Verona Value and QualityPosted Jun 26, 2013
The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was very nice. No free wifi, but all the other amenities were there. About a 7 minute drive to central Verona.

good hotel, with weird WiFi policyPosted Jun 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
I start with positives, very clean, friendly personnel (except the manager!!), great breakfast, comfortable room. The negatives: far from dowdowntown and not that close to bus station. The worst part is the WiFi, the 4 star hotel does not have free wifi even in the lobby and charges €12.90 per day per connection. It is weird that the connection can not be used even on turn on two different computers. I stayed in several hotels during my trip to europe and they all either had free wifi or chaged max €5 per day per connection.

Hotel Is By Train StationPosted Oct 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
Not a very good hotel at all with train station close by and in a rather standard area. Ok for a night sleep if on business but that is it.

Pros: Free continental breakfast.
Cons: Everything else.
Location: Area not too bad.
Pros: The reception staff was courteous and spoke English. The hotel provided a complimentary continental breakfast. There was also complimentary garage parking. Cons: The hotel is outdated and much maintenance was needed. There was only one elevator in the hotel that was operable; the other one was broken. Wifi was NOT free. The room lights were extremely dim. Basically, the hotel looked old and outdated, and not in a quaint, cute way.
