Wonderful staff, very kind to our family. Clean, safe, well sized rooms. Wifi works, tv works, no problems checking in. We will return to this hotel one day for sure!

Much better than I expected. The property was clean and the location was fantastic. My pin didn't work for my room, and the staff came immediately to help once I called. They live above. Highly recommend.

The room was very cozy and clean in a great area near transit, restaurants and shopping with a very good security set up. Only real complaints were the pillows were terrible and room was far too hot even with radiant heating turned to the lowest setting with a window open. Otherwise I would recommend a stay here

Good stay; room’s ventilation needs revisiting!
Room was clean and big for a solo traveler! However, the room is hot like summer so need to “strategically” open the window. Open too wide and you’ll get too cold; open slightly and it has no impact (still the room is boiling). Another weird thing as well was the code sent was not working. Good thing there was someone from the management helped me to fix it. Overall, it was still good as the location is really near to the area I want to see

Ano novo Viena.
Ótima localização, sendo próximo a locais importantes para visitar e ao metrô, e com praticidade para solicitar transporte de uber ou taxi. Sistema prático para acesso ao prédio e apartamento (com senha e check in on line), que funcionou muito bem.

Perfect location for sightseeing on foot and by public transport. Nice bakery opposite for brekkie though not open sundays or public holidays. The office stored our luggage. But the room was very hot even with radiator off and windows open all day in december. Too much traffic noise to have them fully open at night but we had to leave them open.

We were somewhat afraid of staying here or not since it was self check in, but let me tell you, very well instructions, close to everything, very clean, safe area, supermarket next door, overall great experience. Thank you :) would def stay here again. We stayed a couple of nights, since we were coming from Prague.

Wir haben die Pension Central im Zentrum von Wien gebucht und es war eine tolle Wahl. Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Minibar, Wasser, Süßigkeiten dabei.... Das Zimmer wird täglich sauber gemacht. Das keyless-Check-in-System war super einfach zu benutzen und die Lage war perfekt, mitten in der Stadt und in der Nähe von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden die Pension Central jedem empfehlen. Man kann nur 5 Sterne geben ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time staying at pension city hotels and was happy with the size of the room. Everything was clean and check in was easy. The bathroom had a weird smell on and off. Also the neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, was happy the hotel provided earplugs. Would recommend and stay here again.

This place was perfect! Great location, great service, well set up room with all the little things considered for convenience (USB charging hub, dishes, complimentary water, ear plugs, etc). Highly recommend this place when staying in Vienna!
