Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned between stays and trash was not taken out. Kids running down halls was loud. Parking scarce. Could be due to restaurant on site.

OK stay
The staff was very friendly. However, the hot tub had a very weird/horrible smell to it. The kiddie pool and bigger pool seemed to be just fine. Both of our kids loved playing on the slides. There were some hole in our walls in our room, couple of the lights didn't work.

Hello,If you refer to the the hotel amenities listed on Expedia, it states that breakfast is available with a surcharge, and also states that we have a restaurant on site. At check in we do give you a coupon for 10% off at that resatuarant, which is open in the mornings only serving breakfast, as stated in the hotel overview sheet given in your room packet. We are happy to clarify any questions at the front desk during your stay. Thank you.

Very walkable to the outlet mall and attractions. The hotel had limited cleaning staff and our room wasn’t cleaned for two days and we had to ask for extra towels.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and the room was very spacious. Only down fall is the water areas could be fixed up a little. New paint would make a world of difference!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the location. We only had to drive to the water parks, but otherwise there was plenty of restaurants in the area as well as the outlet mall. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and well maintained. Staff were all great!

It's was nice and clean. I liked the different pool areas. Unfortunately hot tub wasn't working (no bubbles) but it was still warm and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Room was clean and I loved having a patio! Great price for a nice hotel! It was quiet too! Thick walls!

We stayed 1 night with our 7 & 4 year old granddaughters and had a great time. From the friendly staff, the pools (excellent for their ages), the phenomenal price and excellent location this os a gem I can highly recommend!

Good Hotel
It was a good hotel and the staff was excellent Great service. Close proximity to everything you need when you travel with your family. One thing I wished better was the size of the bathroom.

Needed a place just to lay our heads on our short girls weekend and the hotel was perfect. For the most part very quiet. Also very clean. Would definitely book there again if we are up in the Dells area

Clean and quiet older property. Nice outdoor pool area with a large hot tub (limit 12 people). Walls are well-,insulated. We did not hear a lot of noise in the hallway even though we were next to an entrance hallway. Very nice shower heads in the bathroom. Nice lighting over the vanity mirror. Beds are on the hard side.
