“Everything about this property was great: location, view, amenities and the communication with the rental company was absolutely great! My one and only complaint were the ants! They were everywhere! At first it, i didnt mind. However, as the trip progressed, they really became a nuisance. They were crawling on the toilet paper, woke me up as they crawled on my face as i slept. 1 even crawled inside my son's ear! “The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. People seem to have a relaxed vibe on the island so it didn't bother us. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and you can crack the window in the bedroom to hear the sounds of the waves. “We came for a long weekend of relaxation. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Dining table. Grill. Shared balcony. Ocean views from bedroom and den. The sunrises were spectacular! There are steps down from the street to get to the unit. Carrying heavy luggage could be problematic. The golf cart was a plus for getting down the hill into town, though we did walk it a few times. Lots to do on the island. My favorite was the falconry!”

“Clean rooms big balcony and a golf cart included was the best money can buy. Great deal on this place I loved it. Stayed here just my girlfriend and I as a graduation present. Really safe and relaxing.”

“Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :)”
