Bar was never open, stains and cracks all of the walls. Room smelled musty the whole time. Informed the staff we needed to check up a day early and this was 48 hours before that day, they advised they would let the gm know and we would get a refund for it. Tried tk verify that information on the last day, they acted like they knew nothing about it and the manager was never nktifed she said she would ask the manager but she doubted we would get a refund even though we let them know in ample time to get a refund. I asked to get contacted by the manager. And this has been over a day later with still no contact. I hightly doubt we will get our refund that we shluld have easily received had we not been given false information. And icing on top of the cake, after a long day of flying the first night we got in we got some of their complimentary water, after chugging one i looked at the second glass only to notice it looked like a snow globe with mold floating around in it. Mind you there was not fruit or anything in the water where there could have been pulp. Just ice and water, and a ton of mold apparently.
