“The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. ”

Moreover, the swimming pool depth is 1.55m without any steps, which is not standard, who can’t swim no way can go to the pool and who can swim also has to swim all the time while in the pool, does not value for the money, ”

“Lovely house and in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and there is everything you could wish for available. The owner is brilliant and was extremely informative. “Had a very relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa - loved the pool and the amazing views over the sea. The villa has everything you need and a very generous welcome pack was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens and towels. Villa is in a quiet location and has privacy which made our holiday the restful time we needed. Havuz ve çevresi temizdi. Havuz ortak kullanım alanı olduğu için bazen çakışma olsa da, genel olarak herkes havuz boşken kullanmaya çalıştığı için büyük bir sorun görmedim. “What can I say, we'd like to go there again. Great area, great weather and a great big villa. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. Communication was excellent. Nadeem arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and return at the end of our two weeks. A welcome pack awaited us and Mahmut hosted us and because it was so late arriving Mahmut arranged for a local restaurant to feed us. He even gave us a ride to the restaurant. Now thats superb customer service. Mahmut was available throught……

“Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. ”

“10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again.”

terrible service & environment also wrong booking
"I've stayed many times in this hotel, but it seems in recent years, it's going downward only. All my customers around also said this hotel quality reduced too much.
The luggage and front desk service and Sherlock Holmes bar are good and excellent. But the reception and environment of whole hotel are very worse.
I booked for one room with two twin beds but they only provide one room and reluctant to admit it's their mistake.
The environment and route to everywhere are terrible. cleaness very bad, you can see stains on pillow, sheets...
elevators not functioning safe and comfort, air conditioning always crazy hot during day time and freezing cold at night and no way to adjust....service and facility all worse than ever seen. This is a hotel I will never stay and will only give bad credit to others."
