“Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.”

“We had a great stay here, and communication with Andrea was first class. He was very welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information to help with our stay. The photos of the villa don't really do it justice. The inside of the property is much nicer than the photos portray. It is very clean, very well decorated and works very well. “Wir verbrachten 17 Nächte in Luisas Appartement. Im Obergeschoß wohnt ihr Sohn, er ist sehr freundlich, bei Fragen kann man sich immer an ihn wenden. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Eingänge zu den Wohneinheiten, so hat man kaum Berührungspunkte. Der Pool ist groß und wurde während der Zeit nur von uns genutzt. Um die Säuberung haben wir uns mit gekümmert. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Minuten von Scicli entfernt, dort kann man gut essen und durch die Altstadt schlendern. In Donnalucata kann man im Meer baden,……

“The property itself is very small but for two people it's perfect. Open plan with a little somewhat steep staircase up to the bedroom area. We like to be off the beaten track and this just right for us, the private courtyard (that includes the shower/washing machine) was a good size with multiple seating options available. Use of the families pool with views for miles including mount Etna was wonderful. Enzo was always available if needed, the Wifi wasn't working initially but he got it……

“Das Haus ist wirklich toll und die Vermieter sehr nett. Auch wenn Kleinigkeiten in der Küche gefehlt haben (die vielleicht auch die meisten nicht brauchen wir z.B eine Käsereibe) war eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben auch direkt immer alles vorbeigebracht wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist super Videoüberwacht und gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher.”

“Comment ne pas remercier Salvatore et Paola pour cet accueil formidable. C’est le point le plus important pour nous. La maison est au top, avec cette belle piscine qui a ravi nos deux petits. Je ne parle pas des attentions quotidiennes, figues, raisin, œufs, repas etc… la maison est au centre de tout au calme à environ 1h de Syracusa, Ragusa, Noto. Les températures y sont plus fraîches vraiment et c’est génial pour bien dormir. Bref un havre de paix, de calme et de bonheur. Tout est prévu sur……

“We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms……

“Excellent stay in Ragusa Ibla. From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was perfect! Staff were hospitable and helpful. Room was a good size with a big patio with view. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Easy to park on the street and take elevator to reception- but you do need to carry suitcases up a ramp. Then another elevator to street access and only a few steps to main square. Loved the hotel! ”
