Warning: bait and switch tactics. Some of the photos that illustrate the Studio King (most notoriously 6, 7, 13 and 14) suggest that the room has a sitting area separated by a partition, along with an outside view. When I booked the room I called The Lombardy and confirmed that the room I was booking indeed had those features and they confirmed this was the case. However, when we checked in, we were given a small room looking into a dark courtyard and were told that all Roman's in the category were like that. We had no option but to pay $100/night extra to be assigned a room like the one we booked. When I expressed my concern about this to Al Castellanos, Director of Front Office Operations, committed to correcting this situation. A month later, they haven't, so I must conclude it is just a crude bait and switch tactic.
