Is there a cancellation policy for Expedia Special Rate hotels?

Expedia Special Rate hotels require that you pay at the time of booking. For cancellations or changes more than 72 hours (three days) prior to check-in, most reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee. For changes and cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in, most reservations are subject to a fee equal to the first night's room charge plus tax. For changes made after check-in, most reservations (including tax) are non-refundable. These fees may vary based on property restrictions or dates of travel; please verify the change/cancellation policy prior to purchase completion.

How does the "Repeat a Trip" feature work?

"Repeat a Trip" allows you to book the same flight, hotel, and rental car to the same destination over and over again without repeating all the original work. You can also invite others to join you on the same itinerary.

Here's how to repeat a trip:

  1. Click the "My Trips" link in the yellow bar at the top of any Expedia.com page. You'll be taken to a page titled "Saved itineraries and favorite destinations."

  2. Select the itinerary you want to access.

  3. Click the "Repeat this trip" link in the blue-lined box near the top of the page.

  4. When you get to the "Repeat this trip" page, select the elements of your trip you'd like to repeat and update your travel information.

  5. Give your new itinerary a name, click the link at the bottom of the page titled "Check availability and create a new itinerary," and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
If you'd like others to join you on the itinerary, first send them your itinerary via e-mail. You can do this by clicking the "E-mail itinerary" link in the blue-lined box near the top of the page.

When the recipient opens the e-mail message, they can click the "Repeat this trip" link near the top of the e-mail to book the same trip.
