“Our group stayed here for a field trip to the Buffalo Bill Museum. We had 5 families, including grandparents, me the teacher, along with 4 rambunctious boys. Some of the students were finishing up a soccer tournament in Cody from Miles City, MT. Everyone had room to relax in the well-stocked house. We loved the views, the pond, and creek. The boys were so impressed with the toys and activities at the house that during our tour of the museum, all they wanted to do was go back and play!”

“It was only one night stay for us. It's a cute cabin. Beautiful view in the fron of the cabin, outdoor cookout site and seats at the small porch to llok the mountainview.. They have a full kitchen except microwave. There is no TV, and no wifi in room, so we actually spent a quality time without any social media distraction. Wifi is only available near the main office. The town...? there was no stores or restaurants open. We arrived the cabin after 5 pm, and end of September. We drove a……

The decor was also very pleasing! We were excited to see the option of many different books, games and other activities. The house was clean and very comfortable! “This was a very economical place to stay centered beside the entrance to Yellowstone. Owner was nice and stayed behind us in his own cabin. Cooke City in general wasn’t as welcoming as we had expected other than the fly shop that was closing down for the season while we were there. Gas stations, restaurants, and other amenities were super expensive so bring what you can or stop before you get there to buy what you need. Overall we had a great time!”

I booked a surprise getaway for my husband's birthday and the property manager made it super special with personal touches, even including some refreshments and dog chews for our pup! “A great location to access the Beartooth Mountains and surrounding Shoshone National Forest. Loved the yurt, very cozy and comfortable. A great place to return to each day after a beautiful hike to the high mountain lakes on the Beartooth Plateau. Nan and Brian were very friendly and super helpful with information about the area. “Immaculate old log cabin, not big enough for a family but two fit very comfortably. Cozy, warm and private. Well stocked and appointed with microwave, coffee pot, tv, heater, flush toilet, shower, refrigerator and wifi. We loved our stay here and the attendant explained the cabin was over 100 years old.”
