“We had a great extended weekend stay at BHI over Memorial Day weekend! The house is in great shape with close proximity to the beach access as well as BHI Club. We took advantage of the guest membership and it was a great experience with our toddler (2) as they have a wonderful aquatics center. My husband also enjoyed golfing while we were there. “The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……
