“Piękna okolica w obrębie obiektu, ograniczone atrakcje w samym obiekcie, bardzo ograniczone śniadania, bardzo miła obsługa, jednak kierownik obiektu nie pomógł w poważnym kłopocie - odwołany bez powiadomienia lot z El-Oued do Algieru, brak innego lotu z El-Oued, loty połączone z Algieru do Paryża i Berlina i obowiązki lekarza w Polsce - kierownik hotelu El-Gazelle odmówił szybkiego transferu na inne lotnisko i w efekcie kolejny lot niemożliwy do osiągnięcia - na własną rękę podróż smochodem 500……

Qualite du lit mediocre, certains dysfonctionnements avec le service de chambre, oubli de serviette, oubli de gel douche. Petit dejeuner qui peut etre améliorer dans l'offre avec plus de fruits, variete de charcuterie et pas qu'une, spécialité locale y'en a pas quel dommage quand on vient dans un pays on decouvrir Bonne continuation et beaucoup de succes ”

“We was here for 4 days business trip, and it's nice place to stay in this luxury hotel. It's safe and with many unique paintings which you cannot find in other hotels, but the outside traffic and train making serious noises.”

This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. “le patron n'était pas au courant qu'on pouvez réserver sur Hotel.com, aucune information à sa disposition sur ma reservation ni mon arrivée. linge de couchage comme si c'était à la maison , rien d'un hôtel. pas d'eau chaude. fenêtres ne se fermant pas. moustiques par millions. télécommande TV sans piles. catastrophique. ayant réservé 2 nuits, nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit et nous nous sommes barré. Je ne sais même pas comment faire pour me faire rembourser la 2ème nuit non consommée. Bruit……
