“I really enjoyed staying here with my three boys, however, the pool was not working. I rented the hotel because of the indoor heated pool only to find out upon arrival that the pool not working. I didn't find out from the staff, but a hotel guest. My boys were very upset, but we found some others things to do in the city during our stay. ”

“Room was spacious and clean. Automatic blind didn’t open. Bathroom spacious. Confusing shower head controls. Couldn’t figure out how to turn water completely off. Odd noises at night (room 217). Elevator? Plumbing? A/C? Not sure. Good breakfast. Some common areas, doors, and elevator showing signs of age. Very friendly and helpful front desk.”
