“Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend.”

“My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! The staff was really friendly and did a great job keeping things clean and helping with cooking. This is one of the best places I have……

“First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property……

“The room is functional and clean. The pool is great. I refresh in it twice a day. If you go scuba-diving (40 $ for instruction and a 40 minutes swim; for a first time, that was good enough for me), you will love the pool for getting the salt off you. Plenty of restaurants around. Sundown by the beach is beautiful.”
