“Good atmosphere ”

“I liked how friendly and helpful the staff is. The atmosphere is upbeat. It is clear the staffs' goal is to ensure the guests have a good time. The pool and outside of the property were exceptionally clean and cared for. At first glance, the room looked great, but looking closely you can see the bathroom is very worn and the corners of the floor need attention. My one complaint would be that nothing opens until 7 am. I am a very early riser and had to leave the property for coffee everyday. You……

A hacker able to get through the room phone trying to scam & obtain our credit card info. Evening manager & another hotel person alerted to this hacker being able to get through hotel room phones to harass guests. Concerned about breach of our personal info. “Was worried about going here based on other reviews but we actually had a fairly good time. No management on property so make sure you respond to the email and submit your ID to get your room code. Room has jalousie windows and we had some guests have a full blown convo at 1:30am outside our room that we had to deal with ourselves. Plenty of room for bigger families but if someone is using the restroom then you are either cut off from the rest of the suite or you can’t exit the room. Overall……
