“Easy”

“Started as my wife's graduation and turned into a mothers day vacation for my family. Camp fire and nature walks were fantastic! Hot tub and plenty of towels available. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, not much to complain about. The road to get to the house is challenging to drive on, but, thats beyond the owners control. Our stay was incredible and we all had a lot of fun!!”

“What a location! Spent most of our time on the back deck overlooking the beautiful Blanco River. Saw cardinals, deer, and even a fox! Used the bbq one night for dinner…worked great. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable; pillows a little high for my neck, but found a cushion that worked. TVs in every room, which made my 80 year old aunt happy. Very easy layout for those that are mobility challenged. Saw the total eclipse from the deck with a glass of wine in our hands for a truly……

“Me and my family went to this property to view the total eclipse and enjoy some time away from home for a weekend. While we did catch a lot of clouds for the event the rest of the stay was quite enjoyable. We had no issues staying cool with the great airflow of the property, keeping the mosquitos out of the barn, or making simple meals. We enjoyed the fireflies and my toddler had a lot of fun following the local cat and playing at Old Baldy and the Blue Hole Playground (both only a short drive……

“This home was exactly what we were looking for. It's perfect for a weekend get away. The home was very clean with basic start up of supplies. The screened in porch is perfect for those late night chats without getting eaten up by mosquitoes. You're only 5 minutes from town with plenty to do. The hot tub was nice but only big enough for 2 maybe 3 people. You can fit 4 but not comfortably. The deer are amazing to watch when drinking coffee on the screened in porch. The only think we suggest is……

“Cute place, very smartly organized and nicely decorated. Really made the most of the footprint. Conveniently located near Wimberly. Was a bit noisy and no way to block out the sun in the morning completely so you're up when the sun's up. Hot tub could have been cleaned better but at the end of the day, good value spot.”
