"Very strange apartment layout. No heating and it got very cold at night. There are only blankets to warm up. Was very difficult to check in. No clear instructions. When we arrived, we needed to jump hoops to finally find very nice lady who didn’t speak English to finally shows us our apartment and give us a key. The check in process was stressful. Hot water only last for two showers, then you need to wait about 30 min to get more.

"The young boys at the hostal cannot speak English.
They asked me twice to pay for my stay. Even tho it was already paid through the app.
The terrace has a wonderful view. But needs some work to make it nice.
All in all good value tho. "

"An absolute gem… and we were lucky enough to be their very first guests!
My 14-year-old son and I were backpacking through Morocco when he spotted this riad on Expedia during our bus ride to Chefchaouen.
