“I stayed there for 5 nights, in this budget range, the room is clean and comfortable for business trip, but the internet speed is quite slow, I have to run my laptop in whole night to update email, wish they can improve this point. Shopping mall and supermarket are nearby for 10mis by walking, Tuyup exhibition center is 5~6 bus stop away”

“Very close to airport. Front desk staff is ok, but not too willing to offer advice and respond to enquires.”

“On the first night, I complained about the aircon not working but no one bothered to check, so my daughter and I were left sweating overnight. The same happened the following day; the aircon was left unfixed. I did ask for a spare pillow as I could not lie flat due to a dental procedure, but they said they don’t have any so I slept leaning on the headboard and then woke up with a bedbug bite. The hotel manager was generous enough to buy an antihistamine cream for the bites. Totally regretting……
