“This was a one night stopover for us and we could not have asked for more. Wanted to be by the sea and the hotel is right on the beach. Hotel offered a paid shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lunch and dinner offered too. Staff very friendly. Can highly recommend.”

“After an awful first day and regretting Prebooking the next day. When I returned for another stay, things got even worse. My room was extremely cold and the TV wasn’t working. I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. When I mentioned the TV issue, I was dismissively told to “just watch the Turkish program.” I somehow got through the night, but breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. I asked for……

“It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.”

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“Il y a une cliente qui a hurlée plusieurs heures durant la nuit. Courrait dans le corridor à moitié nue sans que personne appelle la police.Impossible de dormir. Intervention inexistante du surveillant de nuit. Nous devrions être remboursés pour cette terrible nuit. Des choses comme cela n'est pas normal.”
