“Easy access by bus, and near to the attractions, such as Lausanne cathedral, museums and sauvabelin tower and etc... bus stop is nearby the hotel. The pillows are smelly but the staff replace the clean pillows within 15minutes, appreciate!!! The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. Ec”

“Notre chambre était spacieuse. Literie de qualité, lit confortable. Très propre. Le personnel nous a bien guidé et conseillé pour les activités. Le déjeuner comprend plusieurs choix (pain, viennoiseries, céréales, granolas, œuf, yogourt), choix de confiture, jus maison. La salle de restaurant est au niveau terrasse dont la vue donne sur le lac.”

“職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。”
