Weekend getaways in Lausanne

Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.

We have an amazing and relaxing stay at Beau Rivage. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and appreciated the attentive pool staff. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Several food options on site. Walkable into town and the path along the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for the lovely lemon cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend.

Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.

No air condition after 11pm makes the night sleep uncomfortable. Hotel shutdown air condition system as it is noisy for the neighborhood!! Tiny shower space.

great location, great service, great hotel only with a parking it was not working so well. Guest of the hotel should have 50% off cost for parking. at arrival you get a ticket that you present at departure. Unfortunately it did not work.

Ok, there is a lot to talk about this hotel. I stayed there in April, 2015 for 4 nights 1 - it is perfectly located, 5 minutes walking to reach the lake and 5 minutes walking at the opposite direction to find the main train station. 2 - Friendly staff, as soon as I checked in, they gave me maps for the city and showed me where are the main attractions located and how to reach. We stayed for 9 days in a double room with private bath. Excellent breakfast included. Excellent location. Helpful friendly staff. The shower is tiny, everything else was great.
