"Our booking requested, a queen bed, non-smoking on a high floor. A 2nd floor room was offered (out of 7), they said they were unable to help. Reception are painfully slow, with a few guests in a queue staff seem in no hurry, leaving the desk or otherwise busy. Location excellent, it is quiet, but close to all the hustle and bustle, entertainment and sights to see of Dublin. The outside entrance is not easy to identify with smoky glass windows you have to buzz to gain entry - confusing on...
