Property location was great - the room was NOTHING like the ones in the pictures. The shower head was held on with black tape, and there was mold throughout the bathroom. There appeared to be a fan in the bathroom, but it did not work. We were definitely in the older part of the hotel - we were told we would have an amazing view... that view was of the giant flowers in front of the hotel - couldn't see anything past them. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice - both times the wait staff was rude and it seemed they didn't want to help us.

No AC and room very hot. They do have fan in room . Skimpy on towels . However the staff are excellent and they allowed an early check in. Location is Excellent . Have stayed at this hotel 10 times in past few years and keep going back . The Friendly Staff and location make the place . Also Music in downstairs restaurant / bar every night .

The hotel is in the heart of Dublin City which makes it easy to walk to everything. The rooms are very dated, there is no fridge in rooms which makes it a little difficult when on holiday. The staff however are wonderful, very helpful and all staff ensure you are comfortable and on hand for anything you may need or assistance with. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent with beautiful meals

There literally crack heads outside our window. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpets stained etc.

Our room was noisy with kids smoking and cursing below us in the alley. The window was broken for us to close. General area is dirty. Bathrooms was not cleaned and there was human body matter still in the toilet when we arrived. The beds weren't made. I told the staff and they refused to reimburse for any part of the 5 day trip when we immediately checked out. We stayed just outside the Dublin center in Camden instead and it was much better and a short and easy bus ride into the centre.

Staff is fantastic! So kind, and helpful! It’s very clean and we slept comfortably. Parking is offsite. Access by car is a pain, no way to unload baggage without risk of ticket. If you are using taxis then you will have no problems. The building is old but maintained well. The smoke alarm went off at 10pm for no reason, that wasn’t fun. Other wise a fantastic location and a very pleasant stay!

The room was a nice size and very clean. However, the bathroom was pretty dated, with paint chipping etc… basically needs to be remodeled. The sheets were not super soft. But, the restuarant was great, the people were great and therefore I do highly recommend this hotel.
