The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. I had to call the number left on the door as the office was not open at 8:15. The person I spoke with said she left my paperwork out for the manager. She……

“Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe……
