It's incredibly stupid for the front desk to tell a guest (me) they can't use an amenity because Sales is off until Monday. Sales is never off in any company. Period. “The place was lovely, but I would add a mattress topper to the master and second bedroom. The bed was a brick. Also, the second bathroom could use a deep clean.
