“I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! ”

“I loved the vibe and ambience of the hotel. Also loved the lobby was on the rooftop and had welcoming drinks. I think the price was fair for the location, cleanliness, and amenities.”

“If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you……
