“This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts. What more did we need? Within walking distance of all the best eateries, the Reedy park, and the Saturday market on Main - oh, and Judson’s Bookstore just around the corner! Thank you for a lovely time in Greenville. We will be back.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth. ”

“The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay! ”

“Excellent location. Owner very accommodating And available Beautiful decor 1.5 bath seemed adequate, but listed as 2.5 bath. Well equipped for family of four . ”

“There is noise from neighbors. Make sure to book in advance. Ac doesn’t work as well as it could. Still 5/5 stars nobody is perfect ”

“Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay.”

“A cute and comfortable studio in a secure building , within easy walking of our destination. And much thanks to our host for allowing us in a little earlier than the stated check-in (because our flight was so danged early in the morning) . And Greenville seems to be an awesome little town. ”

“Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.”

“Perfect home in. Great location. Wonderful people watching through the huge windows. We especially loved the roof top patio to spend time having a drink at night. Comfortable and spacious, beautifully decorated home. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. ”

“This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would...

“Excellent location in impeccable luxurious accommodations. Wonderful place to stay and take time to relax between activities in downtown Greenville.”

“I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere.”

“This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great.”
