“I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday.
Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots.”
