"The pool no longer exists.. This was an absolute AMAZING place to experience! 0 complaints. The breakfast was not heavy or huge, it was perfect!! We had the Juliette suite and OMG, I have never had the experience of a full walk in closet with all the bells and whistles and a HUGE jacuzzi and shower suite. "The carpets need to be steamed clean . The housekeeper didn’t gave us towels like they was supposed to . We had to call like 3x before the front desk had to come bring the towels . They never emptied the garbage the whole two days we was there. The air condition needed to be turned up . They need microwaves in the rooms. The rooms are nice besides no microwave. I enjoyed my stay but they need to upgrade the freshness and upgrade on their housekeeping service"
