“The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. ”

“On arrival the reception staff were particularly helpful and lovely. But the room was ok. The bathrooms could do with updating. The sofa was very uncomfortable to relax on and there was a terrible smell in the hall every time you entered. It was like a nauseating cleaner smell! But the pillows were soft which was a bonus! I would rate as a 3 star not a 4.”

“Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Spero facciano quanto prima un upgrade nel qual caso potrò prendere nuovamente in considerazione di soggiornare nella struttura.……
