The hotel is conveniently located within Val d’Isere, with easy access to the slopes a short walk away. There’s plenty of dining options close by, with other amenities easily accessible. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with housekeeping maintaining it everyday. There’s a nice restaurant and bar, with live music on Friday nights. The staff are attentive and helped with all of our requirements. The hotel offers a luxury spa, including pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The ski shop is located inside the hotel is ideal and there’s plenty of space for ski and boot storage. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3\* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon bar than a formal sit down dining room. The hotel is located in the heart of the village close to amenities and close to the ESF meeting point. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu has nice presentation but poor quality food. And finally, the room did not come with any water to drink nor anything in the mini bar etc. Very very basic, however that is what you can expect for the price. Staff was either young and arrogant or old and tired… they were nice though but almost none of them speak English. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap family friendly ski resort.
