“The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed. The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. While it does have a section with loungers, they are not included for hotel guests and cost €25–30 per day. Considering the room rates, this felt excessive. If a hotel is advertised as a beach……

“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“The room was larger than expected and the room quieter than I initially thought. The bathroom was functional. We had an issue with keys. We were given two keys and told one was for the room and one for the side door which you needed to enter via after 10pm. We got back at 11pm to find the key to the outside door didn’t work. With no other access option and no Afterhours contact option, we took the only option available which was to bang on the door. After doing so for 15 minutes we managed to……

“Wir hatten ein seaview Apartment mit 2 Bädern und einer Küche. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Supermarkt in ca 6 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Was uns gestört hat, war, dass die Badezimmer Türen nicht zu gingen. Man musste einen Stuhl davor stellen damit die Türe zu bleibt. Kinder sprangen auf unserer Terrasse herum, da diese nicht separiert oder abgetrennt ist.”

Breakfast included in our stay. Lots of choices, always fresh and staked up by 2 nice ladies. Only downside was the fridge which was small with no freezer but the staff agreed to put some items in their freezer for me. ** Know that there is an extra fee for beach chairs and umbrella which seemed included from the listing which……

“Das Hotel liegt circa 10 Minuten Autofahrt von der Stadt. Es gibt kein Restaurants in der nahe und man braucht ein Auto für das Abendessen oder den Strand. Es gibt einen Bus Service von dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es ist nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel Zimmer. Man kriegt nur Showergel. Die Personals beim Frühstücken waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war okay. Das Pool ist sehr gut aber man muss den Badetücher von dem Hotel mieten. 30 Euro pro Woche……
