“When I arrived and saw the property in person, I left immediately: the room was too small to accommodate a double bed and a dining table at the same time (I would have had to eat outside even on rainy days), so I went camping: the bed wasn't a bed but a camp bed with a sagging mattress, placed next to the entrance door. “Gemütliches kleines Häuschen und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zwei Spielplätze gleich in der Nähe und das schöne Städtchen San Teodoro lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Maximilians Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür Max!!!”

“Pros: Das Haus die Anlage wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr,Pfannen und alles andere ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Leider ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und man musste durch ein Schlafzimmer davor durch. Bei dem Preis finde ich persönlich 20 € für Bettwäsche und nochmals 20 € für Handtücher zuviel.”
