Breakfast was amazing the view was massive and staff was okay Room was okay we enjoyed it

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was exceptionally professional, and they went above and beyond by organizing a complimentary birthday celebration for my son. Miss Lili was particularly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The iftar was well-organized, with excellent food that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be returning in future.
