Alliston Vacations from $541

PROS: The hotel itself and the room were very nice. We were on a high floor in a suite and the view was beautiful! AC was not working unfortunately but everytime we were leaving I forgot to mention it to the staff. So that's on me. Cleaning and front desk staff were great. CONS: The security and, who served to be managers, need to learn how to treat guests with respect and dignity. Security staff gave off a more rude, club bouncer energy, than service industry staff which was far from comfortable As a gay couple getting such disgusting looks from the staff while walking through holding hands was pretty ridiculous. It's Toronto Pride and this is how you react to LGBTQ+ guests, it's sad and pathetic. Because of this I most likely would never stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Great location

Room was immaculate, beds and bedding were supremely comfortable, basic toiletries provided. However, we had to wait 30 minutes past check-in time for a room to be ready, at which time we had to re approach the front desk to inquire and were then provided with an alternate room that was ready. There was no proactive attempt to provide us with a room that was ready at check-in despite the fact that we were waiting in the lobby and had completed the front desk check-in process. We were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for an elevator we tried the stairs, but the restaurant floor stair access was employee only. Overall a good stay and convenient location with a couple of hiccups.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. Good location, great cleaning, nice bed, good amenities and beautiful view from my bed! Definitely Toor will be us hotel in Toronto for ever!
