"We enjoyed our 3-day stay! The apartment was very clean and the spaces were comfortable and well designed. Helen was great at communicating, and she quickly responded to questions. My teenage daughter and I stayed here while attending the Shakespeare Festival, and it was about a 15 minute walk at a comfortable pace, factoring in traffic lights. The neighborhood felt safe, even walking back at 11pm."

"We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed property during our visit to Brianhead and the Shakespeare festival. There’s a little playground across the street that made it ideal for our 3 kids, and the house itself had everything we needed. It was thoughtfully designed, immaculate, and close to everything we wanted to see. Would highly recommend!"
"Property is pretty good for a Motel 6. AC reasonably quiet. Rooms and public areas clean. Only nit would be that mattresses were just barely OK. Don’t understand the folks that rate this place low. It’s not the Peninsula in Hong Kong, but we weren’t expecting luxury amenities at this price point. Great value overall. And they don’t overcharge for my dog!"

"We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. "
"We loved this house! The owners have taken such care to preserve its vintage character, and it felt like an honor to be trusted to stay in it. My mom said it really took her back to the 50’s. Most of the beds were comfortable, (: and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. It was an ideal location for walking to our Shakespeare plays and activities. There were a few minor inconveniences like no DW and not enough TP—also be aware the pool is not nearby but simply something that is a town amenity that was listed as a property amenity—but overall, a very enjoyable stay in a great location."

"My group ranged in age from 5 months to 82 years, and this house met all of our needs! We came into town for the Shakespeare Festival and wanted a place close to campus. We were thrilled with the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, and it was nice to have common areas that suited us in the dining room, living room, and outside. The house was so clean, updated, and attractive. But the yard and porch/patio were probably the most memorable, as we spent much time there. Andrea was very responsive to my questions, and the check-in and check-out processes were very clear and easy. Really, the only bad thing about the house was that we had to leave it! We will be back!"
"We really enjoyed our stay at the property and had a good time in Cedar City. The house is a comfortable place to relax. I would prefer having TV's in the top floor bedrooms as the there is only one TV and it's downstairs. It did take a little time to get in touch with the owner, but he was helpful when when we communicated. Overall we would stay there again and would recommend it to others."

"Perfect location and beautiful home with everything you need and if you really need something it’s a very nice short walk through a gorgeous park to town. The trails outside your door are fun! Clay was Johnny-on-the spot when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. You are greeted with a delicious loaf of bread and butter, cold bottled water for hospitality. Lots to do with the theatre’s, gardens, historical places of interest, art museum and a very pretty university campus. Super nice people and safe town!"
"If you're looking for a great spot to stay in Cedar City, look no further! This place has it all. Fantastic property that is exactly as described in the listing. The house is spacious and was incredibly clean when we arrived. There were even water bottles in the fridge for us. You can use the large garage (with a clicker and everything) during your stay there, which is awesome! The hosts were communicative and quick to respond when I needed the code to get into the house (we checked in pretty late). We would absolutely book this location again if we ever come to Cedar City. Thank you for hosting us!"
