“Good for Stay”

“I don’t like not having an option to pay in cash. I feel safer paying hotels in cash than using my card. I have had my card hacked by hotel people or people who knew the hotel people. So please, show your customers thatcustomer service is YOUR HIGHEST priority. That means you give us a choice when you’re capable of giving us a choice and clearly, in this situation, you can make this easy for your customers by allowing us to pay in cash.”

“I loved everything about our stay. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and we loved the shower. The pool was great with seating right outside next to the pool. The breakfast was amazing!! Everything was perfect!! Even the location was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“I would love to leave a stay review but we did not get that chance. Upon arrival- the lady said they didnt have our reservation and they were sold out for the weekend because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time and prepay- it said nothing about that on expedia. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend. They offered us to stay friday night and to play it by ear on saturday which did not go over well for the rest of the family so we ended up leaving which ruined the 4th of july plans.……
