“A stunning, beautiful resort that blends seamlessly into the natural beauty around it. Breakfast is amazing, and the supper menu changes daily, features local ingredients, and was always delicious. We played tennis twice and enjoyed the spa. There’s a beautiful sunset over the ocean every night. I cannot recommend this resort any higher, and we will definitely be back.”

“Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Cala del Porto Hotel. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. From the front desk to the breakfast team and housekeeping, everyone was accommodating and kind, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.”

“Five stars do not do this hotel justice, a small boutique hotel tucked away in a busy part of Tropea, location was great and the view from the terrace over Tropea beach was incredible, sunset aperitivo is a must. However, the best part of our stay was the customer service, it is the best experience we have had in all our travels and we travel a lot. “This is a lovely property. Our air conditioner did not work and they moved us to an upgraded room for the last 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was clean and the view was beautiful of the sea, though further away than we thought. A few cons. There is no beach access here at all.Some of the descriptions are misleading. You cannot walk into town or to the beach on the very busy roads, it’s a long walk and dangerous. We were able to Uber……
