Chambre propre et grande avec beaucoup de rangement mais salle de bain plus petite qui mériterait une mise à niveau. Piscine vraiment petite et peu utilisable. Peu d’espace commun disponible, notamment terrasse en rénovation. Isolation des chambres, nous entendons les voisins et les bruits sur la terrasse rénovation. . L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle très cachée, malheureusement la ruelle n’est pas nettoyée énormément de vidange et peu éclairée. I stayed at Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa in Marrakech from June 23–28 for a family wedding. I booked a family room through Hotels.com because it was advertised as accommodating four guests and was priced higher than the standard rooms. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room with only two twin beds. When I explained the issue, I was told that once the rest of my family arrived, they would move us to the correct room. Unfortunately, the first room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working. When I requested a room change, I was initially refused. The manager, who introduced himself as Beni, dismissed my concerns by saying, “This is not England. You’re in Morocco. It’s hot,” even after I explained that I was not from England and that the AC was clearly malfunctioning. After further discussion, I was eventually moved to another room where the air conditioning worked, but there was no hot water and the toilet leaked. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, and I found the management to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. Guests were also discouraged from bringing in outside bottled water. Additionally, I noticed the American flag displayed upside down at the hotel entrance. When I politely pointed this out to the manager, his response was, “Do you have a problem?” I chose not to argue and walked away.
